No kidding. I was referring to a birth control culture that took root in PR, backed by heavy government propaganda. No doubt that brainwashing was passed down from mother to daughter to granddaughter. Heck, I heard it from my parents generation (depression era and not Puerto Rican) when we were on our fourth, fifth and sixth children.
