He’s working the public for a reprieve in anticipation of the state appeals court rubber stamping his hand waving of the election chicanery.
His condition on AZ voters via Kari’s case is that short of Hobbs, Richer, Gates, Jarrett, and others in the background of the McCain Mafia and Border Cartels, short of this scum coming forward, raising their hands and confessing, that AZ voters behind Kari can go pack sand.
Other AZ judges in AZ history overturned elections based on far less criteria.
But today’s judges are just so Honorable, aren’t they?
I can attest to knowing some lawyers who couldn’t make it in the private sector, applied for judge and court trustee positions to land steady paychecks. Judges are not the cream of the crop.
I’ve asked some heavyweight highly successful private sector attorneys why they don’t become judges, their response is like “What? And give up my lifestyle?”
Judiciary today as opposed to past American history is a load of crap.
Yes, some judges are elected, but most of those run unopposed as voters don’t know who the hell they are. And even if voters were keyed in and activated over judge elections, Richer, Gates and their fellow scumbags would no doubt rig it as ordered by the Maricopa crime syndicate.

Kari will take it to the AZ Supreme Court and if necessary, the US Supreme Court. The fraud and criminality is so blatant in-your-face.
