The people of Buffalo should file a class action lawsuit against them. Just to make a point. It does not matter that it would be thrown out at this time. It would send a message to these freeks that want to control the weather.

Plus if you block sunlight, then you reduce the greening if the earth, which will cause carbon dioxide to increase. Seems counter productive. And starving countries should sue them.
If Buffalo gets a worse winter now, guess whose fault it is? If weather improves, who is to say they did it? Where’s the proof?
