No CFLs here but I have one LED light in the laundry room that came with the house. It’s horrible, flickers constantly.
Does the light switch have a dimmer? If so, it might be a non-dimmable light.

You have an unsafe connection.
Is it perhaps on a dimmer not designed for LED?
Our house is now filled with LED bulbs. None of them flicker. They all dim nicely with appropriate dimmers. Probably half of them are on Z-Wave automation circuits / plug-in dimmers, too, and they work well.
I’d guess you have a real old LED bulb or it has failed.
I would suggest you change the bulb if it continues to flicker check your wiring. You are not too old to learn if you are still breathing.
