Literally all he has to do is stay alive: assuming even that is still required. His party might replace him, but the powers that be are getting everything they want this way, so maybe not.

My mother had dementia in her last years. She would ask me about my grown sons, calling them by name. In the next breath she’d ask “Have you seen Mama?”
My grandmother died in 1964.
One time she went on to say “Well, she’s home. Daddy’s there too.”
My grandfather died in 1951.
Once she told me that her brother was living in her house, something that never happened.
In the case of folks with dementia, they aren’t lying; their brains are trying to make sense of things and they believe what they’re saying.
In Bidens case, I’m not sure where the lying starts and the dementia begins.

I have to disagree that Slow Joe is a liar at this point. Slow Joe doesn’t possess the mental acuity to tell truth from lies. He wanders through life with his addled brain manufacturing what he calls “facts” and his version of history is whatever Aesop-level yarns he can conjure up.
He shakes hands with people who aren’t there.
He wanders around the dais until someone comes to take him by the hand and lead him to an anteroom where he can sit down.
He wanders into the bushes despite Secret Service agents directing his route.
He recalls conversations that he verifiably could not have had.
And 50% of this country will vote for this demented, senile old gas bag if he runs again and somehow wins the primaries.

And Fetterman, according to the New York Times, is a “FASHION STATEMENT, ALL BY HIMSELF”. Excuse me while I lose my breakfast.
He is - a BAD fashion statement. He looks like the slacker millionaire trust fund baby he is.
I’d reverse the numbers, but yeah... 90, 95 million “votes” in toto.
