There used to be videos of Iranian hanging on the web...don't know if they're still there. One that I saw showed three people being hanged at the same time...two men and a woman. They hooked them up to some kind of sturdy metal pole which was attached to a construction crane.

When the guy gave the signal they were lifted up into the air by the crane. The two guys were still from the start but the woman,dressed head-to-toe in one of those black burlap sacks,thrashed around for almost a minute before going still.
