Matt Taibbi, who did the first reporting on Friday, has a new thread going. Looks like the data he and Bari Weiss got last Friday has already been “reviewed” by Jim Baker.. and most likely data was destroyed... Over the weekend, they found this out, and Musk fired him.

Jim baker was implicated in Russia gate 2016 by the special counsel and resigned from FBI in 2018... Not surprisingly, he ended up at Twitter in 2020, and signed off on the laptop censorship... in the document released, he indicated that this was not hacked or disinformation, but said, lets go with that anyway..

What a scandal.. that unfortunately most will never hear of...

The problem is that nearly everyone in DC is part of the Deep State. The Deep State is like a crime syndicate. Everyone has received money or favors from it. And everyone is beholden to it.

And like all crime syndicates, it requires some crime to be committed by people who get money/favors so it--the syndicate--has something to hold over their heads if they start getting ideas about going straight or turning on them.

I think Trump (should he win in 2024) lost any opportunity to have competent cabinet secretaries when Mitch McConnell was reelected. Trump won’t get anyone through the senate that isn’t approved by McConnell and his fellow travelers. McConnell will do everything that he can to thwart Trump.

If you have a clogged drain and a tap that won’t shut off, the drain will be working slowly, and you can go at it with a plunger ‘til you drop, but the stuck tap will keep filling it back up faster, until you can either drastically clear the clogged drain, or shut the tap off. So, yes, the swamp is draining slowly, but it’s not enough, because the tap is still on.

Musk at least is in a position to keep the sludge slowly draining out. But he has no control over the tap, which keeps filling it up faster than it can drain.

I hope Musk has ironclad security. He is a marked man by now. He is brushing up against the borders of the deep state.

“it requires some crime to be committed by people who get money/favors so it—the syndicate—has something to hold over their heads if they start getting ideas about going straight or turning on them.”

That’s what Epstein’s island was all about. Come frolic with other rich and powerful people. Get uppity, and we leak some photos of your escapades.

DC is a geographical threat to the nation at large. You can’t even find a honest prosecutor or jury to convict these scumbags.

The ciry and its people are already a literal s**tstain on humanity - and they’re further circling the wagons.

Fair to say that Washington DC is an existential threat to the common people (now peasants) living in this country.

It needs to be ripped out, root and branch. Salt the Earth where it once stood.

They’re going to take Elon out.

Quite possibly. And if it happened, Americans by and large will just shrug and choose to turtle up.

Yep. Looks like Epstein and Ghislaine were both just tools. Small potatoes.

It was lots of fun while it lasted, but it was still just a job.

I'll bet Epstein even thought he was in control. How smart he must have thought he was...raking in big money, having sex with underage girls in his private jet or on his private island, and being surrounded by rich and famous people.

The problem is, when you work with the Deep State or whatever is behind the Deep State, they own you. They own your soul.

They own Biden too, and Obama...and the Clintons.

They own everyone of substance...but they don't own Trump.

Baker was likely damaged goods from Spygate. As an FBI general council he should have been able to get an Ivory Tower DC law firm job after leaving the FBI. He settled for less at Twitter and had to be forced out after the Musk take over..

Well, you liberal dip wads, you had a chance to maintain control of Twitter but then you sued him to force him to buy at the proffered price. He bought Twitter and now it is his. You are getting some of your just desserts. Was the suit worth it?

But I am a helpful person, so the Employment Development Department is about a block down the street. Repeat after me. “You want fries with that?”

Classic sociopaths. They have no conscience and actually enjoy hurting people.
