There is no law and order in this country anymore.

No, there isn't, and many of us rightfully have zero faith in government, the legal system, the media, or pretty much any basic aspects of society.

The Bolsheviks rose to power because no one stopped them - though there were plenty of people who wanted them stopped. We are in a similar situation right now, and the time is getting late. But most people are entertained by their phones.

How many people work in the Trump Organization? Is this the only ne’er-do-well that worked for him?

I know churches employing more criminals than they are finding with the Trump Organization.

More to the point, how many crimes are committed by the attorney/s bar in the Southern District of New York> and are they every prosecuted?

New York City Democrat presidential vote:
2020 76.19%
2016 79.95%
2012 81.19%
2008 79.29%

So the jury of one’s peers would work if you were a Democrat campaign worker or maybe a BLM demonstrator.

Best to stay out of their legal system if possible.
Don’t expect “justice” if you can’t stay out.

The NY equivalent of the OJ jury

Juror, privately, at home with friends over a couple of beers and smoking some dope: "I did this to have my chance to hurt Trump. His name is on this place of his. I knew he was guilty before they even started. I gave back to my people to get even."

The maximum penalty is a monetary fine of $1.6 million. I doubt anyone in the Trump org is going to lose any sleep over it.

The fines are the least of it. The court can order the forced dissolution of the Trump organization in New York (the “corporate death penalty”) and bar any of his companies from doing business in the state. That’s a potential loss of a lot of business.

$1.6 m fine? This is bail money for Avanetti. For a multibillion corporation? Zip.

Well, then let’s go after all the big charities that give their leaders huge apartments on the top floor of their organizations’ buildings and similar perks.

Oh but those charities are HELPING PEOPLE, the chorus will chant.

So what? Same principal applies.

And huge businesses don’t help anybody? Trump never helped anybody?

I can’t stand the hypocrisy for another minute.

Do all the critics and litigators really want a country where the dishonest are in charge? Officially in charge?

That’s all Trump was saying. You either have an honest and moral country or the Constitution is a farce.

Stop trying to say he didn’t mean what he said.

Tish James ran on getting Trump and was elected. So the people of New York want the legal system used to destroy Donald Trump.

Isn't that how our system of justice is supposed to work? After all, this is a democracy.

The issue wasn’t the benefits that Trump employees were receiving, it was that neither the employees nor the Trump org were reporting these to the IRS. That is a criminal offense.

I don’t believe all those perks at charities are reported either. But they get away with it because they have those heartwarming names. They are get-rich-schemes that exploit the kindhearted impulses of Americans. Nobody touches them is all I’m saying, because they’re “charities.”

You didn’t address the other part of my post, about what Trump meant by what he said about the Constitution.

Our justice system is compromised when the JURORS are biased.

Libtards are so blinded by rage they will do things like this knowing it is wrong.
