Girkin is the one responsible for the destruction of MH17, and was one of the original "Separatist" Leaders to infiltrate Ukraine and lead Russian forces in the Donbass. He was the Defense Minister of this so-called separatist region for a little while before going full time into being a talking head (more than likely to escape assassination). He is also an FSB agent.
Earlier this year, Girkin, despite his allegiances and being, essentially, a terrorist for his Russian masters, predicted that if Ukraine finished amassing its reserves of 750,000+ people (it is now over 1 million), that Russia would see massive defeats beginning in late August or September and would inevitably lose the war without WW2 style mass conscription. His predictions have all turned out accurate.
Girkin's current takes on the war are equally filled with doom, describing Russian forces as apathetic with no clear goals, and declaring that attempts at Freezing Ukraine by taking out their infrastructure will not succeed:

I think the goals are quite clear. Die for Putin. It’s the Russian way of war.
Winners figure out how to win and then go to war while losers go to war and then try to win.
Many wars have been started with even no clear understanding about what victory they wanted to achieve.
It’s probably close to 50/50 now in russia
50% against putin’s war
and 50% for it
That’s Putin things in perspective.
cool response
good on ya
Sounds like sour grapes with this guy who was demoted by Putin. Whatever reserves they have are poorly trained and ill equipped, they seem to be depending on mercenaries, NATO special ops, and volunteers from Poland trading one uniform for another. The destroyed infrastructure will result in a humanitarian crisis in the coming months. And the money spigot will begin to taper off when Republicans take the House, none of which bodes well for Ukraine.
Russkie propagandists have been talking about such things for a long time, even going so far as to talk about Brigades of all black soldiers from the USA, but no one has ever actually seen all these people, or NATO special Ops or Polish soldiers masquerading as Ukrainians. It's even worse than Bigfoot, as there aren't even any grainy photographs.
I’m still waiting to see that USMC general who’s supposed to be leading some mercenary unit in Ukraine. LOL!
“NATO special Ops or Polish soldiers masquerading as Ukrainians”
Actually they have been seen and there’s been no denial from NATO that this is in fact the case.
He makes some good points. Ukrainians troops have much more clear objectives than do Russian troops, and that does significantly impact morale.
I am familiar with all statements out of NATO and none have ever claimed that NATO forces are active on the battlefield, even while Russian sources have repeatedly claimed to have captured NATO generals.
Since you claim evidence to the contrary exists, it should be easy to present it.
Who knows? Can you provide a source for your supposition?
According to Statista:
Putin has an approximately 80% approval rating in Russia.
Biden has an approximately 40% approval rating in the United States.

Neither of your sources actually bother to provide any proof (despite claiming to have footage), and they are of such shitty quality I can’t understand how you don’t immediately recognize them for the cheap propaganda they are.
Here’s a mainstream source for you if that’s what you’re looking for.
Your mainstream source says nothing about NATO special ops, mercenaries, or Polish active duty soldiers masquerading as Ukrainian troops.
bkmk
That article was from way back in March, showing that even from the start Polish troops were volunteering to go to Ukraine, I’m sure the number has only increased since then. It’s ridiculous to pretend otherwise.
