The way his comment reads to me is that those who committed the fraud in the 2020 election are the ones who terminated “all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”

Absolutely, huh? Please lay out so we can understand from absolute terms. What he said was akin to if rules and laws weren’t followed that essentially voids them. He didn’t CALL FOR cancelling the constitution.
