I agree, none should have certified but the given Maricopa and Pima counties. They would have a serious situation to deal with on their hands.
You evidently don’t understand what certification is. Not certifying would change nothing.

Cochise County does not believe that the machines were pre-election certified as according to state law. The SOS office needs to provide evidence from licensed examiners that the machines were properly certified. That is the issue. If the machines were not good to go, no election certification. The ball is in the SOS’ court. The media reporting that the machines were just fine is like Maricopa County’s Richter and Gates saying 2022 was the best election operation ever. Cochise County (my home) is home to Tombstone, AZ and we have a long history of dealing with corruption.
It wasn’t a sham election. At a minimum, there is ZERO indication of fraud in Cochise County! And I don’t want my Republican Congressman to turn into a Democrat one because these bozos refuse to do their job honestly!
