Because you arrested someone after a 4 hour swat standoff for a bomb and murder threat in a domestic violence scenario, and dropped charges leaving no criminal record for a red flag search to discover.

I guess it needed to be a Red Fag law, then?

Because the guy had never been reported or diagnosed as mentally ill, his mother clearly protected him after he attempted to blow her up (because she’s a career petty criminal and probably as crazy as he is, not to mention his meth-addict porn star father) and they dropped the charges so it never went to trial.

There was no red flag to raise.

The courts have got to stop letting people off like this. He was clearly a threat and mommy hired a good lawyer and got him off, probably because she told them she’d refuse to testify.

Exactly the same as the Sandy Hook shooter and his enabling mother, who even bought him the guns. He killed her first.

Red flag alerts have a better chance of working if you put people on them.

The number of U.S. gov't personnel AUTHORIZED TO CARRY FIREARMS EXCEEDS THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE U.S. MARINES.

Hey Joe BiteMe, DISARM THEM FIRST.

I’m guessing the mother squelched the prosecution.

The now forgotten King Soopers massacre was driven by an adherent to the religion of peace, was it not?

Yes, that’s probably what happened, but you know crime is considered to be “against the people” not just the individual victim. And the mother no cooperating doesn’t explain why the records are sealed, since he was an adult at that time.
