Flights going into China start at $3-4k from the US. Imagine what that is doing to the people that depend on tourism. You can find flights for less than $1k for most other Asian countries right now. A buddy of mine was planning a big trip to Asia over two weeks. Hes thinking of cancelling China and spending more time in the other countries.

Xi wants to stay as a perpetual dictator. He’s not going anywhere if the decision is his own. Xi would need to suffer one of those ‘most unfortunate Russian Style falls’ out of a waist level, strategically left open sky scraper window with no storm screen in it.
