I was just now speculating this must be an Obama Judge to be so willfully blind and unsympathetic to the property owners.
The property owners still have obligations on the property. Real estate taxes, insurance, mortgages must still be paid. Without income from the properties, it will cause undue burden.
They don’t care imo.
