When a bunch of folks purchase real estate during a sellers market, yes you are spot on. We are waiting this mess out. I can lower interest paid by paying principle, but if the property is over valued by fake monetary policy.. who wants it. I am watching a few key properties where we would like to buy and waiting for sanity.

Really? I'm paying off all my credit card balances after the 1st of December with the money I did not spend this Thanksgiving buying season. Had to work during Black Friday, and stayed away from the electronic malls and boutiques.

Bingo. Unless corrected for inflation, might as well be something the UN spews out on global warming.

and about 30-40% of online sales is spent on shipping costs

directly affected by the rise in fuel costs

and racketeering practices to get specil deals by the politically connected bigboxazons, so that the average joe pays more for shipping and cant compete and in effect subsidizes the Big Boxazon big fish as they gobble up the market share and raise pricepoints up and up and up ( because they can)

Yep. At least 90% on credit, which will now cost about 20% a year for the saps who did it.

Out, government college loan forgiveness. The new hotness, government credit card forgiveness.

The lives of non-Russians have never mattered to Russians. And the lives of even ordinary Russians have never mattered much to Russian leaders.

I spent $0 online. Instead, we went to small business after small business and papered them with cash.

New York City was evidently packed with shoppers. I would never to “Black Friday” in person but it was the front page of the NY Poat.

I bought some 50% off software deals. But nothing physical. For the most part... I stayed home enjoying a weekend of peace and quiet with the animals doing chores on the ranch.

Walmart looked like a normal day on Black Friday.

I ordered some stuff on Wednesday and part of the order was pickup locally. So I ended up at Walmart about 9am on Friday morning. I was expecting a full parking lot.

Instead it was like 1/8th full.

So after getting my pickup delivered outside, I went inside with a mask on. I want neither flu nor covid.

There weren’t even aisle displays, like on a normal black Friday. I head a cashier say, it’s because they’ve had everything available for the last two weeks.

I bought .22 Stingers at Walmart of all places; completely amazed that they had them. They were locked up under glass, of course, lest anyone try to insert them manually. *Rolleyes* The poor Gun Guy there looked bored out of his gourd, LOL!

Other than that, no extraneous purchases from me. I am on the, ‘I refuse to support Brandon in any way, shape or form’ plan, so we’re buying nothing besides food and fuel in this household.

On the days we can AFFORD them!

Let’s Go, Brandon!

I replaced my 10year old portable battery jumper because it won’t hold a charge anymore and the air pump doesn’t work well and the new one was 25% off.

Mrs. VanShuyten splurged on a 50% off SodaStream to save on my diet soda addiction. Plus, she likes bourbon and soda.

So what?

American leaders don’t give a single sh*t about the lives of ordinary Americans.
