Instead, we are treated to a pathetic stream of excuses, redirections like "So does La Raza, BLM, ADL/AIPAC, and Muslim Brotherhood," "People can associate with whom they please," and American Renaissance-like "The Holocaust has become to Jews what slavery is to black people - a past tragedy being used today to advance certain agendas," and so on.

Trump has not proven to be very discerning in his choice of associates. I sincerely doubt that somebody can just show up with a buddy and not have the buddy screened. Trump really ought to loudly disassociate from the likes of Fuentes. Not apologize cause that just chums the water. But something more believable than “I did not know who it was.”
Why can’t so many people who support him see that? It is almost as if some of those close to him are giving him very bad advice and want to see him fail.

Yes, and even though some try to claim Trump is not in charge of the party (even though he endorsed Ronna McDaniel and Kevin McCarthy), the FACT is that had the GOP had a red wave election, those same people would be crediting Trump with the victory.
