The unstated reason why the red wave died: If we don't address this one, we're doomed.

With the failure of the Republican Party to achieve a red wave in the midterm elections, many explanations — and accusations — are being bandied about.  Blame is attributed to abortion, Trump endorsements, election integrity, and voter fraud, and the shifting of millions of votes to Democrats by Google, Facebook, and other tech monopolies.

Marketing expert Mark Beal from the Rutgers University School of Communication and Information believes there is still another factor in the election that is being overlooked: the impact of Generation Z.  An expert on this group (born between 1997 and 2012), Beal says they will wield increasing influence on local, state, and national election outcomes.

This "purpose" generation is focused on environment issues and women's rights.  Aggressively programmed in diversity, inclusion, and equity, they support "corporations, brands, organizations and individuals running for office that have the ability, influence and power to contribute to a better world, nation and community."

The oldest members of this cohort first voted in 2015.  During the time of the 2020 presidential election, five classes, ages 18–23, voted.  In the 2022 election, the seventh class of Gen Z to turn 18 also voted.  An NBC poll showed that Gen Z voted for Biden more than any other age demographic and contributed to the success of Biden in states such as Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Beal states that Gen Z through 2030 will constitute the majority of voters as the youngest members of the cohort turn 18.  He believes they "will significantly influence future elections for many years."

Gen Z naïvely believe the Marxist/Leninist propaganda that equity means equality for all rather than the central government forcing redistribution of property.

Since public education glorifies socialism, these students have no idea that equity denies the right of ownership, including private property, earnings, and accumulated wealth.  They are never taught that equity is the path to full blown communism.  Nor would it matter if they were, since they are not told that communism is a failed political and economic system with a legacy of murder, torture, rape, hunger, and poverty.  Instead, their Marxist universities–trained teachers preach that capitalism is evil, but socialism and communism are for the good of mankind.

Academic learning has been subverted by the race-based Marxist ideology of Critical Race Theory.  Impressionable children are taught that our country is racist, whites are irredeemably racist, and the "principles of the liberal legal system are false promises."

Making it impossible (or nearly) would help a lot too.

Gen Z has certainly been woke-marxist-propagandized and mis-educated more than any other generation

But like the hippies, or baby-boomers, or other large groups, they are also not uniform, and will face the same basic interests of taxes, crime, cost-of-living, etc... This self-interest will always be strong

focus on FRAUD, which is specific and obvious.

Grand theories about generational change are just fluff.

Uh, the “they are bad and we are not them” strategy should also be included. Way way way too much darn “party” talk and not enough “We the People” focus.

There were so many misjudgements by the Rs, it’s hard to know where to begin. I will say this; inflation, with all of it’s associated pain, no longer hits a majority of Americans. The well off don’t care and with the poor, the State meets their needs from cradle to grave. That leaves the middle class receptive to the Rs economic message and we were simply outvoted in large part thanks to mail-in ballots.

20 years from now, when this gang of Communist lackwits are the key voting block in the US, those of us remaining will think back on how we could have fought them, now. But we didn’t.

Bingo. ...and it's a complete lie that about Generation Z, "This "purpose" generation is focused on environment issues and women's rights.  Aggressively programmed in diversity, inclusion, and equity, they support "corporations, brands, organizations and individuals running for office that have the ability, influence and power to contribute to a better world, nation and community."

Generation Z didn't vote in large numbers so the Uniparty, with full support of the RINOs, fed the machines ballots in their names.

As long as there are a sufficient number of deep state republicans that are willing to look the other way . . . fraud will be unabated and we will continue to lose our once-great nation.

There is also the matter of America returning to God . . . which I do not foresee any time soon.

psst... we won the house. Enough with these woe is me articles that give the impression we lost.

The country is nearly evenly divided, the senate was 50 50 before the election and Democrats held the house by only a few seats.

Now the senate is still 50 50 (depending on the outcome on the runoff in Georgia) and we control the house by a few seats.

In a 50 50 country... that’s about as good as you can expect.

We conservatives need more allies if we want larger majorities going forward. We need hispanics and Asians IMO. And I believe we can get them.

Low levels of testosterone that causes the GOP to not want to get involved with grand theft in progress.

There is another reason: Complacency. We were constantly told there was a red wave coming so that many who supported the coming red wave didn’t bother to vote thinking their vote wasn’t necessary.

NM’s district 2 held by a conservative representative was severely affected by a radical Dem legislature who gerrymanded the district replacing hard working oil field workers in northern Lea county with poor poverty stricken voters in Albuquerque’s South Valley. However even that wouldn’t have caused Rep. Herrell’s loss by just over 2,000 votes if conservative pub voters in her remaining district had voted. This was seen when the actual voters were compared with the registered ones labeled as Republicans.

YEP. This is the reason...

Generation Z didn’t vote in large numbers so the Uniparty, with full support of the RINOs, fed the machines ballots in their names.

GEN Z does not vote in large #’s as many of the backpack wearing transients dont even drive. The Dems find and feed their ballots so they get their vote.

One positive side of our nation in bankruptcy is that $30+ trillion of debt makes a lot of socialist delusions completely unaffordable.
