And his whole "I'm an outsider" routine is very stale. He was the President for four years and he's the head of one of the two major political parties. He's a politician, pure and simple. His schtick from 2015 is boring and just untrue now.
OK, LOL. Nobody goes to Trump rallys anymore because they are too crowded.
You may be accepting of a blatantly stolen election because it was ‘so long ago.’ That ship has sailed and now we are horrified regularly to behold the deliberate imploding of our Economy and even our lives because some mysterious anonymous rogues are pulling the strings of an absolutely limp minded vassal of the Cabal behind it all.
Gee what can we do but just forget about it and accept it? Let’s forget about them killing our family, friends, associates, and half the planet as well seeing that they have already commenced with the carnage.
Just go along to get along.
You are 100 % right. Sadly, if TDS is a disease, so is Trumpophilia. Most of the posters here have blind, irritational loyalty to the man who has set back our cause 100 years.
What good, Trumpers, is he if he can not win elections? We love his policies but how many times can you wish away or make excuses for his “bad appointments?” His sick Twitter rantings? He screwed US over by blowing the Georgia Senate races, anointing pathetic losers to run for Senate, on and on.
Sorry, Trump isn’t running for leader of Red America, there aren’t enough electoral votes in Red America to win, Hillary will not be the opponent. If you think Trump has any chance of wresting the Presidency from Sleepy Joe, Newsome or any Dem you are living in fantasy land.

Trump is a politician. He’s a person running for political office, which is, of course, a politician. And he will say whatever he thinks he needs to say to get there.
I am blind? I suffer from Trumpophilia? Really?
Which POTUS was as successful as Trump? Look at what Trump accomplished:
Gas price per gallon was about $2.30;
Inflation about 1.4%, mortgage rates were half of what they are now;
Unemployment was low before Covid and before Blue Governors shut everything down and we were in the midst of a V-shape recovery until January 22, 2021;
Tax decrease; tax laws promoted small businesses as well as large;
US enjoyed energy independence - No Green Agenda, no war on energy, No Paris Treaty;
No war in Ukraine, no threat of nuclear war, NATO paid its way;
China was quiet and we were winning the trade war;
US companies were bringing home the jobs due to well executed tax treatments;
Peace in the Middle East aka Abraham Accords; US Embassy moved to Jerusalem; and Iran was isolated.
Got three non-left “I don't know what a woman is” Supreme Court Justices on the bench allowing Roe vs Wade to be overturned.
Who the heck can accomplish the above in four years while being impeached twice and investigated by Obama's Weaponized Agencies?
I strongly believe this country deserves the piss poor leadership many US citizens voted for at all levels of government. The US does not deserve a DeSantis or a Trump. Both leaders are too good for the lazy, ignorant, shortsighted Americans who are the product of a piss poor education and influences from the Celebrity World and MSM (now including Fox).
POTUS Trump was a godsend. I am burnt completely to a crisp though supporting him. I have lost my verve and excitement for ALL politicians. I would vote for him over nearly anyone though, but I don’t want to think about it.
Was the latest reported story that he changed from MAGA to Make America Trump Again true? On first blush, it tee’d me off to the max. That is a big mistake if true, as it feeds into the Demons narrative of it all being about Trump.
I saw today though, that his flags and papers still say MAGA. That is how it should stay. It is NOT HIS any longer. It belongs to red blooded Americans, and as long as he is squarely on target to protect and defend the Constitution, and the people, who is better?
I would add, that I never really was a Republican, though their purported policies fit in with most of my ideals. That has changed and I would hope we have a MAGA party and it destroys both the R’s and the D’s with a drive against America. They can pound sand.
All D’s and all R’s are welcome in the MAGA movement, if they put America first along with the Law of the Land.
No, you're wrong: a politician is a person who seeks office for the office's sake - for the power, privileges and money. Politicians have changed the face of government to holding office to raise money to stay elected - not serving us.
Donald Trump sought office to rescue our country from the forces of corruption - of any party - and has always spoken plainly and clearly to us, his people.
He is unique.
We have had "conservatives" - like McCain and Romney and their ilk tell us that they wanted to fix the country, but were really part of the elements that were pushing for one world government and wrecking our country's unique culture. We have had "conservatives" who ran the magazines and articles denouncing the destruction of our country by the Left but when actually pressed, didn't actually do anything at all but make noise - and then undercut President by any slimy method available.
No, unless you're one of the false conservatives and dishonest to boot, you have the recognize that Donald Trump is the only real conservative to hold the presidency since Ronald Reagan.
Trump 2024!
Thank you, my FRiend, for putting together this great list of Trump accomplishments. And your final comment is disheartening, but must be acknowledged as true.
This month my wife and I started a 5-year foreign residency in Japan — which we hope will turn into a Green Card someday — and full retirement in Japan till the inevitable hour comes.
Japan certainly failed as a society leading up to World War II. My Dad experienced that when he fought at the Battle of Okinawa. But today the country has successfully kept a lid on many of the society poisoning policies and lack of proper education we see in America.
I’m just beginning to study Nippon in depth. And plan to start a blog that looks at the small city I live in and tries to make sense of certain things they are doing right. And I hope to share some of my observations on FR.
Of course, it’s probably 10 times harder to correct ingrained bad habits than to prevent bad influences and practices from getting started in the first place.
Immigration is one such American catastrophes. Our porous border is an insult to all Americans. Great harm is done to the society by allowing bad elements and uneducated people to enter the country unchecked.
By contrast, my wife, a former Japanese national and now a U.S. citizen, put together 50-pages of detailed documents plus photos to verify who we are and our likelihood to fit into Japanese society.
I predict that you will be voting for Trump in Nov. ‘24.
Get used to the idea.
Where else are you going to go?
I'm already writing '24 off as a loss.
Donald Trump will win the GOP nomination handily. His MAGA base will not abandon him and even if his base is now only 30% of the GOP, that's all it will take. The other 70% will split their support amongst what will undoubtedly be a crowded field of "Not Trump" candidates.
Trump picks up the nomination through attrition.
And he gets wiped out in the general election. He doesn't win back a single state he lost in '20. He keeps the base but the independents flee, as they did in '18, 20, and '22.
And that's how it all goes down.
Hopefully he'll sit out '28 but I expect there will be people here arguing that he was robbed and deserves another shot at it.
LOL.
I suppose I'll be laughing as well, watching the election results come in for a solid blue wave in '24.
Won't be much else I can do except laugh at the absurdity of it all and how it was all so predictable.
The pre 2016 RINO party isn’t coming back either. They will need people who will vote for them and the way Trump is being treated now will make that virtually impossible.
People are not going to come together over a big donor backed GOPe RINO candidate.
I myself will not vote for one of these people because they will not do anything to save America or serve the American people. They will lie to get elected and then unite with democrats and ignore the will of the people.
Sorry but at this point nobody cares if you don’t vote. Dems are winning with the youth vote and ballot harvesting. A lot older voters are about to get “fired” by both parties. 2024 will be about younger millennials and Gen Z voters.
At this point I would guess that both Biden and Trump will lose their primaries. The GOP will use Dem tactics and clear the field opposing Trump. Then put up a well funded and plausible conservative like DeSantis. Dems will find a Fetterman/Biden that appeals to young voters. Maybe Buttigieg.
Trump can only go so far with the support of the Chomsky wing of the GOP and Only Trumpers. That’s probably good enough to win Alabama and Ohio but not states like Texas and Virginia.
The beauty of Trump’s 2016 victory was the huge MAGA tent. That’s not happening again because he’s pissed off too many voters one time too many.
I did not hear about Make America Trump Again. Having listened to his speech Tuesday the phrase is false. In his speech Trump referred to his run for POTUS as “our” run.
Thank you. Please ping me your posts about Nippon. I am very interested in you and your wife’s observations. Japan is a very interesting country and the culture is fascinating.
