Trump is the only one with the FU money that allows a YUGE amount of Independence.
DeSantis is going to have to sellout/get bought-out to be competitive. He will be captured into a DS orbit.

I’d rather Trump go after the GOP Elites pushing DeSantis than Ron himself. Now..if Ron jumps into the race than Trump can go nuts.
A couple of people here started posting this two days ago, but could never provide any proof of these alleged talks, despite a number of Freeper asking for proof. The best I could tell, it was just made up their heads as a way to “explain” Trump’s attacks. They kept right on posting about it, and now it keeps getting repeated.

But, these were behind closed doors secret type negotiations...
No secret is safe in DC, and Trump found out.
If you want proof of secret negotiations, if you want pictures and videos or recordings, if you want written contracts, then I will say that I don’t have any of that.
But I will say, why else would Trump go on the attack, and why the silence out of those two?

Why the silence? I would stay silent, too, in their places. Why interrupt your enemy when he is making a fool of himself? And if there were these secret meetings, why didn’t Trump mention them instead of leaving everyone scratching their heads as to why he’s making these attacks? It’s up to the attacker to explain why he’s attacking.
As it stands, unless someone can provide links and I can evaluate these articles myself, it appears to me that people are making up excuses for Trump’s attacks, and other people are just repeating them without checking them out. In other words, starting rumors.
With 3 young kids, I can see DiSantis serving out his full term in Florida.
