Stupid crime really. Those are things one could easily snatch in a small time pickpocket or random mugging. Why go full felony armed robbery and kidnapping charges for petty items?

In Philadelphia? Larry Krasner probably won’t even charge them with a felony. And if apprehended, they’ll be released immediately pending trial.
