You're crazily fixated on f-35s. Its only one way of many to get gps coordinates to HIMARS. Others are satellite intel, drones, counterbattery radars, targets can be geolocated using pictures, old fashioned way with people on the ground using maps, etc.

US troops in Ukraine is a line that should not be crossed.
There are indeed American citizens (most who have been in the military) fighting in the frontlines of Ukraine (but not under the US flag - and the US government had tried to discourage any American citizens going to Ukraine to fight.
But along with American citizens, Chechens (on Ukraine side), Colombian EMTs who went to help on the front lines... many nationalities...

Hard to say. It has a lot of American tech in it, but the Norwegians developed it and they were bought by the US specifically to be transferred to Ukraine. The search & targeting radars are probably common to other systems. The AIM-120 Missiles are US.
NASAMS are simply AIM-120 (AMRAAM) A-A missiles repurposed as SAMs and packaged in a mobile launcher. Normally an AMRAAM is launched from a fighter which is already traveling near or beyond supersonic speed in the general direction of the target.
Launching at zero altitude and zero initial velocity means the engagement envelope is much smaller. My understanding of NASAMS was always as a battlefield weapon of relatively short to medium range. It simply doesn’t have the reach of the Russian S-series systems.
