Can an individual voter sue to see the ballot and envelope their alleged absentee ballot was mailed in ??? That might be a very quick way to determine if there is fraud. Of course they should cast a provisional ballot today.

The absentee ballots and envelopes are carefully separated to maintain voter secrecy.

You should be able to verify your absentee ballot was received by Internet means already.

At least one state uses two envelopes, the outer one with voter information and an inner one keeping the ballot hidden, which is later removed.

The (outer) envelopes should be saved.

I asked today why I don’t get a paper receipt of my vote and was told that the machine says “Your vote recorded.” I asked how I know it was correctly recorded and was given a shrug.

The DOJ is nowhere to be found when people are denied voting because they ‘already have an absentee ballott’ or told to ‘submit another one’.

The DOJ doesn’t care what happens in Detroit or Philadelphia. The DOJ is in other places trying to save the Senate for Democrats.

There is a reason for that.

If you had a receipt showing that you voted for a certain candidate, that could theoretically be used to “buy” votes.

Everyone in the hood would vote and keep the receipt (with the correct candidates) to trade in for cigarettes, beer, money, etc...

The bad guys currently do this with absentee ballots but it is more difficult and risky than simply doing nothing until after the election and pay for the votes when it’s over.
