Pima County Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley's ruled Monday the county board of supervisors went beyond its authority by directing the county recorder to count all ballots cast instead of a small sample as required by state law, the Associated Press reports.
The judge in a case, brought by the progressive group Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans, which sued to stop the proposed count, said the law allows for only for a small hand-count of early ballots to ensure voting machine accuracy. The group also said the change could create chaos and possibly delay election results.
The ruling is unlikely to be appealed because Election Day is Tuesday.

Why would any (honest) person object to hand counting all the ballots?
Friend, they are all across the country. This will be the preferred method this time. This is how the Fetterman/ Elias ticket will steal the PA senate seat.
They should count them by hand anyway. Democrats ignore courts all the time. Double checking is always better.

Get it? To “ensure voting machine accuracy”. Not to ensure the massive dumps of mail-in ballots are actually legitimate votes. Just ensure they get counted whether they are legitimate or not.

The one good thing with all this non-sense is that now people are starting to realize that the dems are flat out stealing elections.
In 2020, it was kind of considered “conspiracy theory” stuff, now people will get to see it in their face with Senator Fetterman (assuming his handlers succeed with the steal)
things will start deteriorating very quickly after the mid-terms if the dems succeed

and
“count all the votes”
was a thing?
republican legislatures need to start passing law forbidding judges from altering the election laws they write.

That’s my take as well.
I like the idea, but a couple of questions arise.
1) What does the law say?
2) Are counties allowed to each use different methods of counting votes?
I think in the 2004 Presidential election in FL one of the issues that came up was Dems doing hand recounts in SE Fl while the rest of the state used machines. I don’t think the SCOTUS liked the idea of different methods of counting votes in different counties.
