On his “Late Show,” the funnyman accused Republican Michigan gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon of inventing a story about a Democratic voter who changed his party affiliation to the GOP due to his frustration about “pornographic” materials in libraries.
But it turns out the supposedly fictitious man is very real.
Khalil Othman, 41, a former Dearborn City Council candidate, came forward as the man Dixon had referred to at a debate against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Oct. 25, the Detroit Free Press reported. "To claim that I’m not here, I don’t exist, I’m not human, that’s absolute ignorance,” Othman told the newspaper.

Funnyman? Who is funny on Colbert's show?
Sue the hell out of that commie!
Colbert has always been a flaming a-hole
Like Tim Pool said - sue Colbert for defamation.
Block is social media accounts for spreading dis-information.
LOL! Stephen Colbert’s schtick was mimicking Bill O’Reilly when Bill O’Reilly was hot. Colbert is singularly unfunny and only popular with Hollywood leftists.
I love the TV show “The Office” but Colbert appearing as Broccoli Rob was a negative for the show. Just like Parks and Recreation’s Leslie Knope and her obsession with Joe Biden.
Funnyman? Steve has never, ever made me laugh. He is perpetually angry.

as a lord of the rings fan, this stephen colbert made me laugh... and i despise him.
On his “Late Show,” the funnyman accused . . .
If Colbert is a “funnyman” then Hunter Biden is clean and sober.
To be honest, the fact that the guy is a Muslim and he is concerned about pornographic material in libraries, THAT is something you could probably construct a pretty good joke about. Colbert missed the boat…
Colbert would have a strong defense: Is it possible to defame someone on a show that nobody watches?
Based on the ability for parents to sue Alex Jones for what he said about the Sandy Hook shooting, I’d say this guy has the right to sue Stephen Colbert for saying that he was a fake.
It may seem kind of minor to some. Definitely another example of the arrogance of folks on the Left, them thinking they’re somehow superior and showing that they are completely out of touch.
IMHO, a story like this also shows that the two sides cannot co-exist. Some argue for a national divorce. I wouldn’t be against that, per se. But the issue is, as I’m starting to see it where I live, is what to do with the Leftists/Liberals/Hipsters/Democrats that are ditching the cities and those areas that lie between the inner city and suburbia.
I guess, with the increase of being able to work from home, more and more of them are moving away from the chaos and violence of the cities that they helped foster. Through their ideology and voting, they created a gigantic mess and are now in the process of spreading their nonsense to other places that were just fine without them.
So, rather than a national divorce, I would love it if there were a way to make life so uncomfortable for them, in all the small towns they’re migrating to, that they pack up and are forced to move back to the sh*tholes they helped create.
There is nothing “funny” about Colbert. He is a slimy malevolent partisan hack.
Colbert is a no-talent fool who wants to be in with the cool kids.
