According to local media, this originally was scheduled to be an afternoon speech, but the DC government needed time to sweep Union Station of the homeless and drug addicts, install better lighting, make it look viable, and steam clean the front.
Union Station use to be very beautiful and well-maintained, but now it’s a dump and one of the largest homeless encampments. Most of the shops on the inside are now closed and travelers are often warned to exit thru the Metro Entrance on the side and walk down the street to catch their cabs or Ubers.
I would rather hit myself in the head with a hammer several than watch Biden yell at clouds. I’m not into Elder Abuse!
