I think DeSantis has made it legal or a law so detransitioners can sue the doctors who malpracticed on them.

Like abortion this “gender affirmation” process has become Big Business with psychiatrists, big pharma and doctors making huge amounts of money. For doctors, “transitioning” a patient is a long term process involving regular visits and lab tests to monitor the patients hormone levels. Then there are the various “feminization” surgeries that are offered in addition to the obvious radical mastectomies and penis and testicle removal and neo-vagina creation and the constant check ups for those surgeries.
Fortunately, unlike abortion, there are many survivors who are starting to speak out. The prevailing cancel culture does go after these “detransitioners” and scares many into silence, some brave souls are speaking out anyway, hoping to help others avoid the mistakes they made.
