In September 2021, the FDA and CDC authorized Pfizer boosters for many other Americans. The authorization was expanded to Moderna and Johnson & Johnson shots, and virtually all other Americans, later in the year.
Krause and Dr. Marion Gruber resigned from their positions because of opposition to the booster strategy.
Judicial Watch obtained the newly published emails as part of ongoing litigation against the Biden administration for not properly responding to a Freedom of Information Act request.
An earlier tranche of emails showed that Gruber was “very concerned” in late August 2021 about pressure from companies such as Pfizer over vaccine authorization.
“We need to be given time to consider their data and cannot be pushed by these companies and, for that matter the Administration, who try to impose timeless [sic] that make no sense,” Gruber wrote to Dr. Peter Marks, a top FDA official.
“These FDA records further document top officials’ concerns about the controversial COVID-19 booster shots,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “That it has taken months and a federal lawsuit to uncover this critical material is a scandal.”

Just started reading today, but there is an active case pending resolution where Pfizer admits to lack of testing, required for EUA, but that they should not take the liability since the Feds knew there was no testing and ordered the product anyway.

In a perfect world,
1. The concept of the original MRNA vaccines were ostensibly already proven in previous trials.
2. The virus mutates faster than trials allow vaccine variants to roll out.
If the new virus variants had been as deadly as, or more deadly than, the original variants then a lot of people would have died while waiting for trials of, ostensibly, an already-proven vaccine. At the time the CDC had no idea how deadly the new virus variants would prove to be.
The CDC’s concept was needed, and well justified.

I’ve heard they died and also heard they were killed intentionally so who knows. I’d also heard that previous mRNA efforts never moved beyond the animal testing stage because the animals died.
I think that was for the “testing” of the first vaccines. Not sure about the boosters

If you need a “booster” in less than a year, then it’s not a vaccine in the first place.

Yet we know #1 isn’t true, so this isn’t that “perfect world” that might justify the CDC’s actions.
Oh, and also, we aren’t talking about new vaccines that were tailored to some new variant that appeared. We are talking about “boosters” that were still tailored to the original variant, even though most infections at that time were no longer caused by the original variant.
As is the FDA. Our federal government is so corrupt that people in China may be more free than we are.
The people have spoken on this experiment and its thumbs down on continuing it. Looks like they might get 20% to do whatever they say, but most didn’t sign up for this pin cushion medicine
I believe the 8 MICE we’re killed. I also believe that they just happened to be killed before they had a chance to die from the jab
Why does CDC push boosters only after your “primary series” of jabs? Weren’t those only available two years ago? So in effect they are saying boosters are useless without previous jabs. Somebody sure a hell wants multiple jabs in people. The higher the number the better?

Hindsight is 20-20. At the time the CDC knew none of this. The CDC is not the NIH.
