Will GOP leaders betray us again, post-red wave?

It is all too likely our Republican leaders will betray us once again and will turn our Nov. 8 victory into a defeat.

It is all too likely we will once again suffer the "death of a thousand cuts" at the hands of our leadership ā€“ bleeding away the impact of electoral success and draining the life from our great movement.

Sen. Mitch McConnell will likely hold GOP leadership in the Senate; who can stop him? He likely will be erroneously credited with the success of new and MAGA Republican senators ā€“ even though he fought against the election of most of them.

Even though his leadership is uninspired and uninspiring. Even though more often than not he uses his power in opposition to both conservative and America First principles. Even though he betrays his base with clock-like regularity.

Republican leaders like Mitch McConnell are worse than Democrats. At least Democrats fight for their own. At least Democrats are loyal to their brand.

It is more than likely Republicans will also impose upon themselves a second defeat ā€“ by electing Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the House.

McCarthy, too, will wrongly be credited with the Republicans' victory this fall, despite his Herculean efforts to prevent the election of any Republican not loyal to him.

The existing and newly crowned MAGA candidates will likely not achieve numbers sufficient to unseat McCarthy. Once again we will be saddled with an ineffectual and inarticulate Republican leader, one already long compromised by his donors. McCarthy will persist, however, absent courage, absent vision and absent the wisdom to promote the America First ideas of his new colleagues.

Top GOP players have accepted their role as pretend opposition to the bloated DC deep state.

This is what primaries are for.

Many RINO traitors were purged in 2022, especially at the state level.

House members must face the voters every 2 years, so primaries should keep them honest.

The Senate is another matter. Traitor Romney got in with Trump's endorsement in 2018 and we are stuck with him until 2024. Grass root voters need to have a very strong ground game in order to eliminate establishment RINO Senators. Six years is too long to be stuck with a traitor, and it is not possible to recall them like you could with a governor.

We must play the long game. Never forget how RINOs handed the Steal to Jotato in 2020. Use primaries every 2 years to oust these embedded spies.

Of course Republican voters will be betrayed after the mid-terms.

That's a given.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool.

The only thing the mid-terms will accomplish is (hopefully) stopping the Biden Agenda in its tracks.

That's NOT to say the Republicans will actually do anything useful like having a full investigation of the FBI, DOJ and more and actually impeaching & removing their corrupt leaders and start clearing out the rats nest.

Nope. that'll never happen either.

Republican "leadership" as it exists, are as much swamp creatures as the Democrats are.

My money is on “yes.”

With perhaps a side-bet on “at least they’ll try.”

I looked into the future and saw a bunch of conservatives and GOP sitting at the TV, their expressions contorted with outrage. Some were yelling, “OH H3LL NO!!!!!”

The 1st pahse of defeating the deep state has begun. And that is to gain Republican majorities in the House and Senate. The next phase of the deep state is to have a rebellion of MAGA supporters in the ranks of Congressional representatives.
It is in this second phase that a MAGA president will be elected, and the RINOS will be excoriated from the leadership.

Watch it happen.

Never underestimate the ability of the gop-e to snatch victory away from the party- to turn celebration into chaos and confusion. The gop-e are addicted to losing, because that is where all the corrupt money is

Remeber, good guys finish last. The gop-e decided long ago that dojng what’s right yet unprofitable is not what they wanted, so,they sided with the corrupt left in an effort to defeat the good guys and to continue on the path of corruption along with their bff’s the left
