Well she admits that Roe V Wade was made up by the Supreme court when they "gave" it to America. But I'll take her at face value. Does that mean she supports the second ammendment? since people have understood their lives in a certain way as to mean the constitution meant something? When they say “common ground” I always remember firstly this : Many years ago the gay special rights movement just “wanted to be left alone and live happily”.

Not that many years ago. They move fast. They lie about wanting something simple and agreeable and that's all, then they demand more and more and more. I was never fooled when they hid their leather chaps and feather boas and nun costumes and put on flannel shirts and khakis that they were being real and that they would or could be satisfied until they have all have catamites in their homes and are celebrated for it. And boy oh boy the are fighting for it and somehow they are winning.

When’s the last time Kagan sided with anything conservative? And since when does the Supreme Court “grant” us rights? This is actually a Harvard law professor?
Rights are from the creator and Constitution, and the job of the Supreme Court is to test whether or not a law is constitutional.

Even -that- was not envisioned by the founders. The Supreme Court granted itself the right to judicial review in Marbury vs Madison.
