“ Merrick Garland will end up being the first Attorney General that’s brought up on charges and impeachment and he will be removed from office.”

How would there be a conviction in the Senate when the Democrats control it?

The Democrats may not control the Senate in 2023. The difficulty is not just who controls the Senate but in getting the needed 67 Senate votes to convict someone who's been impeached in the House.

It's highly unlikely that we will see 67 Republican Senators seated in 2023. Even if by some miracle we have 67 Republican Senators in 2023, how many of them will be RINO, anti-Maga, uni-party, pro-dem? We know that Democrats vote in lock step - Republicans, not so much!
