wish Durham would have also charge him with interference of a Presidential election.

No GOP will ever be protected in future from false accusations, stories from the FBI. They can now say whatever they want and no reprecussion’s for the FBI.

AND HE WAS WORKING FOR / WITH THEM

Exactly. Why weren't any FBI personnel charged as co-conspirators?

THIS is why lying to the FBI shouldn't even be a crime.

So since one crime wasn’t punished,
the other crime shouldn’t be punished ?

Or just a ProgGlobeTrotter narrative spinner specialist ?

It’s a BS line by the reporter but, if true, Durham needs condemnation by all. We don’t bring criminal charges in the US for show trials or for a forum. Ever. Durham knows this and if that was his motivation he should hang.

The fact is that the FBI/Gov was corrupt, incompetent, lied, obstructed...they deserve to lose and should lose any criminal case unless it is a case charging the FBI/Gov official. Anywhere and everywhere in America, not just DC.

So since one crime wasn’t punished, the other crime shouldn’t be punished?

Let's look at a comparable scenario in criminal justice ...

1. Jimmy holds up a bank and kills a security guard, two customers, and two bank tellers in the process.

2. Freddy is waiting outside in the getaway car, unaware of the carnage inside.

3. Freddy is charged with five counts of felony murder.

4. Jimmy is an off-duty FBI agent and doesn't even get charged.

This is an absolute travesty of justice, and if you don't see that then you're explaining perfectly how this country ends up with a U.S. Department of Justice that is corrupt from top to bottom.

You antifa? Or just a ProgGlobeTrotter narrative spinner specialist?

I've been here on FR for more than two decades, and have more than 100,000 posts to my name. Anyone who has read even any random dozen of them will recognize how laughably stupid you sound when you post sh!t like this.

Secession. The only play left short of war.

The author of American Secession: The Looming Threat of a National Breakup, F.H. Buckley (2020) was interviewed twice that I heard him. He's not a William or James Buckley relative.

First time he predicted UHauls would flood the country with people leaving states for political reasons. "People don't want to tolerate being near people they hate." Then secession problems like money to US defense for non-US states and money to pay national debt , who gets to live in wealthiest California third and poorest 2/3rds when three states and so on.

He had disposed of war as the alternative. Then after the bad sound of secession problems the interviewer had to return to the discarded war alternative and it sounded so bad he now could see how secession was not so bad. Big controversies involved.

Next one Buckley denigrated Trump's chances for re-election in 2024 and insulted his legacy-----so the guy is worthless to me. An anti-Trumper.

The hatred between our politically opposed relatives, coworkers and neighbors is intense. It has to have some sort of resolution. It's not going away.

The article finally tried to explain what "bait" in the title means. The moral of the story of the Durham trials is simple: jurors won't convict an FBI informer for providing the bureau a story that the bureau seemed to want even in the face of contradictory evidence.<.i> But I fail to see how "bait" means "a story that they wanted." "A smear story" or just a "smear" seems more accurate.

Danchenko’s property was raided.

Problem is, Hillary, Elias and Sussman’s hasn’t been...
