Not only that, the issue of that laptop being in other
people’s hands for years, could beg the question if the
evidence on it was secure.

If I were a defense attorney, I’d be raising that issue
up front.

I wouldn’t be totally shocked if a judge granted a
nullification of using the information found on it for
that reason.

I wouldn’t be totally shocked if a judge found that
the information could be corroborated in some way either.
