Regardless of who did it(Ukes snd CIA), the Russians are obviously going to retaliate in kind. I f you read Tass the last week or so, the rhetoric has shifted to another gear. I honestly believe we’re past the point of no return.
ST. PETERSBURG, October 9. /TASS/. Russian authorities have no doubt that the explosion on the Crimean bridge was a terrorist attack aimed at destroying Russia’s critical civilian infrastructure, President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday. He added that Ukrainian special services were behind the attack.
“This is just as you’ve said, there is no doubt [about it]. This is a terrorist act aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation. It was ordered, authored and carried out by the special services of Ukraine,” the head of state said at a meeting with the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin.
The head of the Investigative Committee confirmed this, adding that citizens of Russia and foreign countries helped the Ukrainian special services in preparation of the attack.
On Saturday morning, a truck exploded on the Crimean Bridge, collapsing two eastbound parts of its road section and subsequently setting ablaze a train of fuel tanks on a separate, adjacent rail portion of the bridge. As a result of the blast, three people were killed. A government commission chaired by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin was set up after the incident. Rail traffic has been restored on the bridge, which was also partly reopened for buses and automobiles.
Case under “terrorism” article
When opening the meeting Putin asked head of the Investigative Committee to report about the first results of investigation into the emergency.
Bastrykin said that the investigation team of forensic experts and explosives specialists arrived very quickly at the scene, inspected the scene in detail, made preliminary, well-founded conclusions.
“We opened a case under the second part of Article 205 “Terrorism”, and this is confirmed by the data at the initial stage of the investigation. They interrogated a lot of eyewitnesses, started special expert studies, which have been mainly completed - this is an explosive, genetic, forensic examination. Relevant instructions were given to conduct operational-search activities to the agencies of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia,” he said.
As Bastrykin noted, the route of the truck, which was blown up, has already been established. “These are Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, North Ossetia, Krasnodar Territory,” he said.
Also, persons involved in organization of the truck’s movement, have been identified of the truck, Bastrykin went on.
“With the help of FSB operatives, it was possible to identify suspects from among those who could prepare a terrorist attack and people who operate on the territory of the Russian Federation,” he said.
Bastrykin added that the Investigative Committee continues expert research “to clarify the goals and objectives of this explosion.” But he stressed that the emergency is “certainly terrorist in nature.” “This is an act of terrorism. All our data from the initial stage of the investigation today allow us to draw a clear conclusion - this is a terrorist attack that was prepared by the Ukrainian special services, and the purpose of this terrorist attack was to destroy a large civilian infrastructure facility, which is very important for the Russian Federation, especially in Crimea,” he said.
“That is who is behind Ukraine. The globohomos. I identify them for who they are.”

There is a security video that looks down the spans toward the water - in all of the ones I’ve seen, within 2 seconds of the explosion, there appears the bow of a boat just dead center under the span - which span it is looking at is unclear, but would have to assume its the most damaged one.

The explosion rises from underneath, surrounding the span - with the biggest part of the fireball on top of the span moving up to the RR.

The truck theory has been discarded on the evidence by all but the Russians and their fellow travelers.
There is no overt missile track, but there is a hole apparently which is said to indicate a missile.
All trucks actually clear the blast Zone, if you do a lot of stop action clicks rapidly - you can see that for yourself, if you are fast enough.
A truck bomb would exert downward pressure on the span, but that would be insufficient to push the spans up and break their anchoring bolts, causing them to collapse and move dramatically out of alignment.

In June the Ukrainians said that 10,000 of their soldiers had been killed. In August the number dropped to 9,000.
The Russian estimate for the number of Ukrainians killed is 61,207.
So, if you take the Russian numbers, the KIA ratio is 10:1.

One man’s terorism is another’s ‘hidden hand warfare’; a typeof combat that has intrigue the US military and intelligence establishments for a quarter of a century. If there an armed conflict emerging from Trump winning big in 2024 and the establishment deciding (I think the decision is already been made) to not recognizing his win, this will be a big part of how the establishment plans to win.
