9. Few Close Bonds or Relationships
10. Manipulative Tendencies
11. Entitlement & Impunity
12. Socially Deviant
13. Cheap Thrill-Seeking Tendencies
14. Opportunistic in all the Wrong Ways (i.e. harming others to gain advantage)
15. Emotional Detachment
Those signs can be indicative of almost any majority of members on an HOA board too.
The word in the alt/tinfoil universe is that Biden died three years ago, and that we are seeing a body double.
