I’ll less concerned about women voting than about non-property owners voting. If a woman owns property, fine, let her vote.
But please bear in mind, that “property requirement” is a myth. First of all, like female suffrage, the states used to be able to decide who voted. 2nd, oftentimes, “property” did not mean any more than having a dollar in your pocket.

Does the property owner ‘own the property’ if they’re still carrying a mortgage payment?
I would say they don’t until they pay off their bank note.
Yes there needs to be a minimum property ownership to vote. Include in that other assets besides housing though.
