That is 41k additional Democrat voters coming to turn Florida into NY. Just because they left the little DDR of NY behind doesn’t mean they’ve completely reversed their mindsets and now won’t vote Democrat. Democrat voters are unable or unwilling to face the fact that their voting patterns are what caused them to flee NY in the first place. Anectodal evidence: I was reading a post in that Nextdoor app by some woman in Palm Beach Shores about how she saw kids with a rifle shooting iguanas and called the police (It was doubtless an air gun and shooting iguanas is not only legal it’s encouraged) I don’t know if she was a New Yorker, but her attitude certainly reflected New York values

It's also what caused Fox News to panic and make the early call of Arizona for Biden. That call was made to demoralize Trump voters waiting in lines to vote.
New Yorkers (R) or (D) will bring their New York liberalism with them.

These people just might keep the real estate market from crashing in Florida. The run-up in prices seems to be unsustainable, but the future is so hard to predict anymore.
New homes here are going for more than the asking price................

It looks to me like FL has gone “redder” since the days of Bush/Gore and hanging chads. Trump won FL by 3.5
