This witch hunt of Trump, seems a lot like the McCarthy
era and it’s witch hunt for Communists, proving once again
that the Communists in the United States will condemn
just about anything they themselves do.

McCarthy never found a “witch” in his hamhanded investigations. Read my late friend’s book (M. Stanton Evans), “Blacklisted by History” for a newer view on McCarthy and his investigations.
By the way, McCarthy was a nasty bastard and did hurt other internal security investigations. Also he and Roy Cohen sometimes didn’t understand the actual history or value/lack of any value of a specific document (which I showed Stan Evans when he found one of McCarthy’s original Reds in Government lists in the National Archives).
