I’m on the paleo diet as per my new surgeon until I get operated on.
Been months since I enjoyed Krispy Kreme sugar and lard.
Basics like meat and eggs and vegetables for me on what little I eat is obscene.
At least I have water…….
Congratulations-are you having weight loss surgery? I was brought up on the paleo diet-with some dairy included-yogurt, butter, cheese-and some fresh fruit-I don’t have any taste for sugar or a lot of starch. I hope you learn to like eating healthy. It is still cheaper than the stuff you used to eat BTW...
