Coastal real estate prices continue to outpace inland real estate.
The left hates this and needs to fabricate whatever stories they can to “explain it.

America’s coastal cities are already supposed to be underwater according to Al Gore 15 years ago.

Then we need a National Declaration of an Emergency including Quarantining and Red Tagging any and all property within 200 feet of Mean Sea Level and within 3 miles of the coast.
Order ALL these properties in the country VACATED IMMEDIATELY, Then RAZE all of it and Force the Property Owners to pay for it, to save their very lives...

"The Gulf Coast will see a double whammy from rising water levels and sinking ground due to the constant influx of sediment from the Mississippi river and the hollowing out of many areas for oil and gas pipelines. Blivet: 10 pounds of horse s**t in a 5 pound bag.

I’ve always considered towns in “blue states” as being Zombie Towns and “rising sea levels” have nothing to do with it.

Charlsetown SC has the same waterfront from the 1600’s.
100% this has to be one of the “Zombie Towns” they are talking about.
A typical house on the harbor is 150 years old and is $1,000 per Sqft on Zillow. They don’t appear to have gotten the memo.
