Not all, but definitely a majority. The “gender gap” in politics is very real.

And in our combined polls of 2022 so far, the gender gap has now jumped to 33 points, with Republicans holding an 18-point advantage among men, and Democrats a 15-point edge among women.

That’s like saying not all pitbulls are mean. In a democracy where everyone gets to vote, it’s not the exception that counts but the average.
The Margaret Thatchers are few and far between.
Women have a lot of wonderful qualities but being effective, rational leaders is not their strong point.
Also, on AVERAGE, they more often vote for superficial qualities and emotional appeal rather than more substantive reasons. Not a good criteria for electing leaders.
