Trump will likely be invited for the funeral. Do you think he will he get his passport back for the trip?

That is the classiest Tribute to the Queen that I could ever imagine.
That should be the official obituary.

In contrast, somebody needs to apologize to the people of Great Britain in advance for whatever embarrassing things brandon will undoubtedly do and or say when he gets over there.

Yes, it was very classy of President Trump. Biden would need cue cards. President Trump is a leader and Biden is a puppet who needs to be told what to do.

That was a truly impressive tribute, direct from his big and generous heart.

“Trump will likely be invited for the funeral.”
I wish, but doubtful. The political ramifications would create chaos.

Biden would need cue cards. Biden had to use crib notes to sign the condolence book at the British Embassy in DC.

Traditionally this would be the VP’s job. Which would do a worse job of it?

A classy, heartfelt tribute.
I enjoyed reading the comments on the DM article. Not a single negative. All “wonderful tribute” comments, but enjoyed ones like these:
From Thailand: I knew the Great Donald J Trump would post a fabulous tribute to the amazing lady.
Manchester, UK: The real president right there, folks. Thank you, sir.
Sweden: Trump and the Queen were the two finest world leaders ever!
Canada: From the true President to a truly great Queen.

Actually, a non-invitation would be very good.
It would be a mega-spotlight on the petty vindictiveness of our Ruling "Class" [Classlessness], and why many, many trees need decorating.

The question wasn’t answered in the excerpt, and it was this:
“When I asked her who was her favorite, she told me she liked them all.”

Trump will likely be invited for the funeral. Doubtful. Given the expected size of the ceremony I would be surprised if any of the former presidents are invited.

biden is already drafting poignant remarks about his late son Beau that he will deliver during the Queen's eulogy. He is requesting a 30 minute block of time at the podium.
