They are going to do whatever it takes to make Trump the focus. This might very well backfire on them because it is a question of leadership. When you see someone like Geraldo Rivera declare that he can no longer support Trump (duh!), then you see what they are doing. Trump is getting rid of the traitors that faked support for ratings or whatever motivates them. He will be stronger than ever.
Then again, given the little tidbits like Graham urging capitol police to use their guns on January 6th, and (from what I can tell) silence on the political prisoners, Grahsm might be pulling a Brer Rabbit bringing up "people will riot if Trump is jailed". The guy is a snake and it wouldn't surprise me if that is where he is coming from.

There is help on the horizon with DeSantis, but for the most part, the well-known GOP leaders have been content to let Trump take all the heat. But the people know it and see it, and are strongly standing behind Trump, because he has been front and center for so long.
It's really disgraceful how the leadership of the GOP has let Trump twist in the wind under the endless Democrat assaults. And even if Graham has popped up in a sort of defense, he has been wishy-washy so many other times. Rand Paul will emerge every so often with a strong statement, then disappear for a while. McConnell? McCarthy? Who would want those guys having their back?

Kurt Schlichter's made good points - but it's worse than he thinks. One reason these 'diversity' picks have been able to govern is because the American people have trusted the good will of most people in DC. That's ending.
It's the reason people aren't signing up for the military. Do YOU want to die for the benefit of corrupt 'elites'? People who rush to protect the borders of a country slightly less corrupt than Russia BUT refuse to protect OUR borders? No, we won't trust our young to people whose highest concern is 'elites' and 'sexual weirdo' comfort... That lack of trust will go far into the future. It's the reason the FBI and DOJ will NOT be given the benefit of the doubt in the future.
The country's not going to accept voters without ID's. Not going to accept the easy lies democrats have gotten away with for years.
