I don’t understand the graph. The countries’ other than USA don’t have years shown on the graph.
Take Israel. It shows about $500 per year will get you to 70. About $2500 will get you to 82. What sense does that make?
The USA red line, with years show, makes sense.
I believe all the curve show the same date range of data; just that all other countries spend less then US. You can see some curve drop down and then go up or recede to the left then back to the right. To read the amount for a specific year you have to count the turns in each curve.
