The January 6 select committee is no longer looking to compel the Republican National Committee (RNC) to hand over fundraising data.
Counsel for the RNC and Salesforce, a software vendor, were notified this week, people familiar with the development told The Washington Post, that the panel is formally withdrawing their subpoena.
The subpoena issued earlier this year sought records from Salesforce on the performance metrics and analytics related to email campaigns from Donald Trump, his reelection campaign and the RNC.

They must keep the drama going until the 2022 elections so blabbering Liz and Weeping Kinzinger can try to keep Trump from running.
The Democrats running the committee, and their uni-party members wanted to know what they were up against in the fund-raising department for the midterms. All they had to do was ask Mitch McConnell.
the fact they wanted a list of ANYBODY who gave ANY amount to a political party is telling....What exactly are they investigating?
I suspect Salesforce gave them the information anyways. They are left leaning organization.
