Think I read she was indeed screaming at them, and was pissed they were filming her rant....then tried to slap a phone out of one of their hands. Don’t know if that is assault. My guess is that her attny will play up the wise Latina crap and she’ll get to just go to rehab. If she had been plain old drunk, angry white woman, it would be HATE CRIME and off to Prison. JMHO
One lady just walks up to four others and lays into them? Even with alcohol involved, I doubt that’s how it started.

A few weeks ago there was a news story out of California. Nobody in this news story spoke un-accented English. The reporter, the police, and all the witnesses spoke with what was most likely a Mexican accent. I was flipping through the TV one time and caught a show about what I thought was the Mexican immigration service. It was weird that they drove the same color vehicles that ours do, but they were all Hispanic and all speaking Spanish, even on the radio. I finally realized they WERE U.S. Customs and Immigration. We’re a melting pot, all right, but I think native born Americans are the ones melting.

That ‘ol sayin’ is plain old fashioned low info spew and probably belongs in the same category as the word “picnic” that somehow has turned into mean a lunch basket that was taken to lynchings by white folk.*
* No foolin! An educated black lady sincerely told me that about 10 years ago. Which instantly reminded me of the Zora Hurston folk tales, and scary stories novel “Every Tongue Must Confess” (excellent read BTW)... and I haven’t talked to that lady since - because that just gobsmacked my sensibilities that somebody could actually believe that in today’s “modern and complex society.”

My question is this. WHAT was so wrong with the 1950s or the generation of men who stormed the beaches of Normandy that we just HAD to replace our culture and our people with foreign peoples, foreign religions, foreign cultures and DESTROY the culture that we had?
And all of this was AGAINST the will of the people.

…appears to push or hit each of the other women at various points in the exchange,…
…making the unfinished threat that she would “blow your f—ing curry …”…
…hitting the woman on the phone to cops.
…she again snaps, “I swear to God I will f—ing break your f—ing camera.”

I agree 100%. And suggesting that a crime is made worse by the presence of "hate" turns our justice system into a joke.
I haven't bothered to see the video, but it sounds like maybe it's a simple case of assault. The rest can/should work itself out by other Americans deciding whether to do business with this woman.
I certainly have nothing against people from India simply because they are from India. For gosh sake, the great American Dinesh D'Souza is from India, and I'd like to have 10,000 more just like him.

“hate” crimes are a violation of 1A and Double Jeopardy protections. But no one cares - because alleged racism and diversity trump everything. Even the Constitution.

I never said they were all bad, but I sure don’t want millions and millions of them invading USA like they have my hometown. I prefer my own culture not be replaced. Why are we importing non-Christians to take over our country? Why are we so obsessed with destroying our own culture and heritage? Keep tearing down those statues. It’s insane clown world.
She said that she’s Mexican-American born here in this country. But that’s not a ‘race’. It’s a multi-racial ethnicity, IMO.
IIRC, India Indians are classified as some sort of Caucasian Asians
