Yet another WWB (watering while black) police incident.
What was the neighbor’s complaint? A negro is watering flowers? Give us a break!
The police were morons here. The pastor was an ex-police officer and knew hit rights. He was just watering plants. So what that he wasn’t very cordial? He did not have to respond at all and that is his right.
None of the police involved in this should be in law enforcement. They could have easily handled this a million times better. The worst thing was their little chit-chat at the end where they were grasping for something to charge him with to cover their asses. They should lose qualified immunity.
Pastor is going to get paid!
The handicapped, elderly lady next door called the cops one night when some guy was trying to force open a window. It took the cops 45 minutes to get here. They found a damaged window and GUESS the guy lost his nerve when a car’s headlights swept the area - although they don’t know.
I told her, “Next time, call me. I’ll arrive in under 2 minutes with a rifle.”
She decided to buy a gun and learn to use it instead. “After all, I’m not even 2 minutes away from myself!”
Good woman. Worthless cops, which is why most houses here have guns kept in the open....
And yeah, fire this cop BEFORE he does something that will get him put in prison for 20+ years....you’ll be doing him a FAVOR!
Civil and polite… and lying their ass off in official sworn statements.
If this is normal practice for this department, I can see why the Pastor is less than gracious towards them.

Agreed, the neighbor didn’t seem to wait and watch. She would have noticed the guy then watering the plants and probably never called the cops. The officer is dumb saying Pastor Jennings is not name. The cop definately could have done a lot better. Get the liar off the force. Feel sorry for the pastor, this just adds fuel to the all whites are racist fire
I might be a minority here, but I have been seeing way too many of these videos lately. There seems to be a misunderstanding on what the ID requirements are from state to state. But it sure seems that cops demand ID from literally everybody for anything. Like a fetish.
I feel the same way about cops as I do about other groups (including certain religious groups). If the ones that claim to be “good” don’t stop the ones that are actually bad, then they deserve no claim to be good, because they are not. A good cop would stop this. But most likely, the good cops have been run out or already quit.
Qualified immunity needs to be done away with. Police departments or individual cops should have to take out malpractice insurance to pay these claims. If they make too many mistakes, then they cannot afford the insurance, and therefore nobody would hire them.
Also, cops lying need to be given the same punishment as the charge they are making. If they arrest this guy for not identifying when that state is not a stop and identify state, then that cop needs to be put in jail for the max time that charge holds.
I am getting sick of the rot in our society, especially those that get special privileges.

No respect nor cooperation for these type police officers. They’re on an ego trip, and have no idea of the limits on their powers. I hope a lawsuit is filed on them and their asses get burned. Should also be charges filed against them by their department for lying.
