I recently sold a car and the guy wanted to pay me with CashApp, I asked for cash and he eventually got it but it was not easy for him cause cash app would only let him take so much out a day.
There was a panhandler that in my area a couple of weeks ago. He could take donations via Venmo.

as far as I am concerned,if your cash app on your phone gets hacked, you deserve to lose every penny stolen and deserve NO reimbursement of any kind

For the people who use their phones to pay for stuff, what will they do in a future when phones are more commonly used for this and the police confiscate their phone for some reason?
For that matter, since there are few to no public pay phones, how will they call 911 or call for a ride or other help?
