I doubt that Biden called in anybody. He is a classic case of “Chauncey the Gardener” from the Peter Sellers movie “Being There”. He doesn’t say anything but is being given credit for making strategic moves for the liberal Deep State.

We cannot simultaneously argue that Biden is mentally unfit for office due to early onset of dementia and then declare he is the mastermind behind this plot to use the DOJ/FBI to destroy Trump. The first level of people appointed in his administration are all radical extremists who worship at the alter of St. Obama. These are the people calling the shots, likely being directed by Obama. Biden simply nods his head and reads the cue cards.
