The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) said on Sunday it received $41 million in funding from the U.S. government for emergency aid in Mozambique.

The WFP also said the United States is buying 150,000 metric tons of grain from Ukraine for shipment to African countries facing drought and starvation.

I remember during one State of the Union address, the second President Bush promised X billion dollars to fight AIDS in Africa. I forget the exact amount.

And Trump promised a Platinum Plan for African Americans.

Black have received trillions in reparations for slavery over the past few generations, in terms of higher entitlement spending, affirmative action, and all manner of government and corporate subsidies, set-asides, contract preferences, etc.

Compared to all that, another $41 million for Mozambique is a drop in the ocean.
