The Gopers who aren’t globulists or plain crooks are mostly Tutts. That was what a certain class of fatuous Blimps got tagged as in the UK after a couple years of seemingly endless retreats and defeat. These were the types who would actually chastise combat veterans fro ‘bad attitudes’ about they had witnessed n places like Crete or Burma, as in ‘Tut, tut, old boy, can’t go around talking HM’s government down,’ or ‘Tut, tut old man, those Jappers won’t be able to do anything against our Indian Army, why we will have chased them all the way back to Tokyo in a few months. Everybody they can’t fly because they are crosseyed because of their little monkey skulls.’ Lots of Tutts in the GOP.
